IBBF (PT3) - EC -> FAW -> Furnace

With Energy Core (EC) open, the next task is to make it above the room so we can skywalk over to where we need to go to next. So, with ECA dumped, turn around to face the door leading to West Furnace Access (WFA). Now, with holding L, perform a SJ up and slightly to the right. You'll find a spot around here that allows you to stand normally, from here, SJ straight ahead again up onto the higher ledge above you. Once again, there'll be a section that is safe to satnd on (a spot where you're not bouncing up and down unable to move correctly).

If you DO find yourself on such a spot, press jump THEN L and a direction to move off of it to a spot that IS safe to stand on. Now, again SJ up and onto the roof. Once on here a final SJ should get you high enough to allow you to skywalk. (See Screenshots below)

Once you're able to skywalk, make your way over to where the door to WFA is located. Now from here, move right and stand over where you can see the reactor. Between there and WFA's door you should aim to fall in morphball mode. so morph and drop in this area. Near the wall is a "safe spot" where you can stand fine. Now, it's a simple single jump onto WFA's door. (see screens below for safe spot)

Proceed to load WFA by shooting the door at EC and then dump EC leaving you just in West Furnace Access (FA). Now, this room can be a pain to get to the other side of as the roof seems to be different than almost any other roof you'll be going over. This roof is ultra sticky and it also has a tendency to push you off of it if you get too close from the center. So there's an easier way to get across.
You need to morph into a ball and then lay a bomb. Near the peak of your jump on the way UP, unmorph. When done correctly you'll be skywalking. This makes it a hassle free walk over to the other door leading to Furnace. Now, simply line yourself up with the ceiling and morph to drop back onto the ceiling correctly. Be careful NOT to let the roof "push" you off of it... (See Screenshots Below)

Now this is the most awkward and toughest part of the run for almost everyone. WFA is a bizarre room in that even with EC dumped, it takes a lot of effort to get Furnace to secretize. The best method that I have found to get Furnace secretized WITHOUT falling off WFA (something that is VERY easy to do), is to set yourself up above the door and drop down to just above the tip of the door (just like you would do for a door warp).

DO NOT go down too far tho! We only need to go low enough to trigger the GC to start whirring and secretize Furnace. So shoot the door so it turns Grey, LISTEN to the GC to hear if it starts whirring away and VERY quickly strafe BACk to the door and try and get back onto it. If you're too slow, the chances are you'll either get stuck in Furnace's walls, you'll auto door warp into Furnace or most likely, you'll fall down a bit below WFA forcing you to float back up or reset.

But if you done it right, you can now stand on the door (with WFA to your RIGHT), shoot it and then move left to open up Furnace. Turn 180 degrees and then shoot Furnaces door, and now carefully door dump WFA off of the screen. This can be easier said than done, but as always, dip a decent distance before jumping back onto the door. Once done, you're in Furnace! (See screenshots below)
