From: ultimateweapon | Posted: 12/4/2003 9:09:17 AM | Message Detail Grettings all it is I, ultimateweapon. I've been playing Diablo 2 so I can't post all that often(I'm super godly now). Anyways, someone said soemone about the morphball tunnel you must go through? Just get outside and walk your way through useing the sw's. Also, opening a door in a SW is easy. Stand on the door and shoot it... what they didn't tell you is you have to jump down beside the door as far as possible then when yoou see the room load (it works 100% of the time) space jump and move toward the room your heading to. This will enable the room and disable the room you just came from. By the way guys, I got into burndome in a new game (like weeks ago lol and still finding a 100% way to get there) Just travel from the SW at the beginning of the chozo ruins (forgot the name sorry) It took my 6 hours to do it but yeah I finally did it. I only got the cutsceen to trigger once and the game glitched...=( I've been in and out of the burndome like million times already. I also got a 1:47 minute speed run 100% on VHS but I don't know how to convert it onto my computer to show. Right now I'm trying to break the record. Sorry mate, I'm just about to finish off the guides for SW's 8,9 and 10 for my site, so none of those are ready just yet. Don't panic, you'll get full credit still on the site... ;) Andrew "Metroid Website Monkey" Mills --- www.samus.co.uk The Greatest Metroid Site Around now looks even BETTER! From: Skullman X | Posted: 12/4/2003 2:26:20 PM | Message Detail Please share with me how you got into the Burndome. I got tired of trying because it takes several hours to even get there if I screw up, but I have a pretty good route for getting there. I would love to hear how to access the Burndome, even if the game just freezes. I may be able to "warp" in and prevent the freezing or something, unless you have already tried that. --- 'If I recall correctly, this is the physics department.' 'Well that explains all the gravity in here!' -Paraphrased from Family Guy From: CtrlAltDestroy2 | Posted: 12/4/2003 7:25:13 PM | Message Detail Hey! ultimate weapon! Welcome back!!! See if you can go to SW9, through piston tunnel, and into the training chamber!!! Then we could have 4 energy tanks before flaahgra and a no-varia magmoor run. Note that you must go into piston tunnel to get it to load, then, go into SW9 without falling back down to the main floor of the plaza. And I was wrong about Warping. It's not done by standing on top of the door, but in front of the door. Behind the door, if you will. The room loads around you. I believe that when SW5 was discovered, someone said that they shot the floor door and got the room to load around them. That's warping. How you do it is: you have to be floating. That means, you can't fall down to "ground zero" in the SW. If you're on ground zero, just float up a bit and walk over to the door. If you're level with the door, just shoot it and stand behind it. If you're above the door, walk over to it, and morph-fall until you're level with the door. From: Tzyr | Posted: 12/4/2003 8:39:20 PM | Message Detail Maybe I should save the SWers trouble about pointing this out before they try the training chamber e-tank. Ok, so you manage to get into the room (though the only cuts seen that I know happens after you kill the ghosts) and when you unlock the door)... How do you propose to get out of training chamber? One way has a wave door. Ok, so probably through the training chamber tunnel right? As treb says: "Training chamber bomb jump would make vent shaft look like a dbj" Think about it...It might be easier trying to get the frigate one (though not the one in the tunnel since you could not boost your way down..so yeah.. hmm..actually if you are going to spend time working on a room, getting past the wave door in furnace would be best. I know you guys said it was a no go..so maybe nothing can happen..but if you could get past that one door, you could grab ice (since you can tbj in hall of elders after the ghost fight) and the ice door is locked by a missile lock. Then you could grab the e-tank from the hall of elders and get back to the furnace quite easily. --- "And then one day you find ten years have got behind you No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun" From: Tzyr | Posted: 12/4/2003 8:46:22 PM | Message Detail hmm..come to think of it, did not someone say there was a SW in training chamber? I do not see it on Mills' site..so maybe no one could do it..but I thought someone did it --- "And then one day you find ten years have got behind you No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun" From: CyberGlitch | Posted: 12/4/2003 9:23:53 PM | Message Detail Wow, well I'm getting confused....so much activity all of a sudden...oh well...I'm going to bed, tomorrows Friday, and so another weekend of Secret World fun! --- |-|3|\|5|-|1|\| 4 60 60 |-)48Y!!!11 73|-| |-||_||\|7312 120x0125!!11 |)|3 /\/\371201|)5!!!111
