Technology Questions/Problems

If you have problems, look through the following list to see if there is a possible solution to your problem.

  • Acrobat Reader
To view and print the test you need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer (typically already installed on newer systems). If you do not have it installed or need a newer version, then click here to go to the Adobe Acrobat Reader site to get the free download. Then follow the directions to properly install it.
  • AOL

If you connect to the internet through AOL, you might encounter problems viewing the test with Acrobat Reader (blank screen). There are several solutions:

    1. minimize the AOL browser and open Internet Explorer or Netscape and then access the test
    2. go to a local library (or someplace with internet access)
    3. try accessing from a friend's computer.
  • Taking the test

This test is not meant to be taken online. You should print the test and take it as a typical paper and pencil test.
